FROM I-24 

1.  Take exit 80 (and turn left if you're coming from Nashville, if you're coming from Manchester you'll turn right) on New Salem Hwy. 

2. Drive 0.6 miles and turn right onto Southeast Broad St. 

3. Drive 1.2 miles and turn left on Kensington Square Court. Turn right at the first building on the right. Graceview Health is located on the left side of the building, suite 104.
