We are pleased to announce that ACT Wellness is now Graceview Health! This new name more accurately reflects who we are and how we approach care. 

"Grace" represents compassion, dignity, and meeting people where they are—without judgment. "View" reflects perspective, hope, and the belief that healing is possible, even when the path feels unclear. Together, Graceview Health embodies our commitment to providing thoughtful, respectful, and patient-centered behavioral healthcare.

While our name is changing, everything else remains the same: Our caring and trusted providers and staff, our location and contact information and most importantly, our dedication to high-quality, individualized care.

Since 2017, it has been our honor to walk alongside our patients in their care, and that commitment will never change. We are deeply grateful for the trust our patients place in us and look forward to continuing to support them under a name that truly reflects our outlook on care.

Our mission is simple. We provide a pathway to recovery through patient-centered support, intervention and treatment in a caring, compassionate and non-judgmental atmosphere.

Graceview Health is licensed by the State of Tennessee Department of Mental Health & Substance Abuse Services as an outpatient opioid treatment facility. We provide affordable outpatient Suboxone treatment for individuals suffering from substance use disorder and are committed to improving the lives of those we serve in Murfreesboro, Tennessee as well as surrounding counties. At Graceview Health, our combined care approach is based on the treatment guidelines of the American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM) which are proven to be most effective in treating opioid abuse.
